OESD Return Policy

 

Physical Product Return Policy:

1) Only unopened products in new condition can be returned.

2) You must notify us within 7 days of the delivery date of any issues or problems with your order.

3) Send an email to support@oesd.com to receive a return authorization. We will not accept your product without a return authorization.

4) You must return the unopened product to our office within 30 days of the delivery date.

5) A restocking fee of 15% will be charged.

6) As long as all conditions are met, a refund will be issued.

Downloadable Product Return Policy:

All downloaded designs are non-refundable. No refunds will be issued.
