OESD Design Card Exchange

As a convenience for our customers, we offer a design card exchange service. To take advantage of this service the following procedure applies:

• OESD Designs only. The card must be an original OESD card produced by OESD.
• The card must have the design collection # printed on the card.
• The card must be sent to OESD and will remain the property of OESD.
• Please retain the information that came with the card. This includes the box, case, sewing information and color charts that came with the card.  Do not send in the PDF or cases for the cards that are being converted.  Retain this information for you records and to use in the stitch out process.
• Please note - we do not have a card conversion tool. We are exchanging your card for a USB-based version of the collection from our archives.

Pricing:

Please select the appropriate quantity when adding this product to your cart. The discount for multiple design cards will automatically update the price.

Please print a copy of your emailed order confirmation from our website and include in the package when you ship your cards to OESD.

Please allow up to 30 days for processing. We will search our archives for the design collection and if we have the design collection we will mail you a USB with the designs. If you submit multiple cards, all the designs will be organized on one USB. If we do not have the design collection in our archives, or if the collection is licensed and we are no longer able to offer these designs, we will contact you via email and issue a refund.

Note: Archived design collections are not available in all formats. In many cases, the design format from your card will be the design format available. We do not create new design formats for card exchange.
