Design Sew Out Issues

What if my design is not sewing out correctly?

When it comes to machine embroidery, there are a number of factors which can contribute to a design not sewing out correctly. These can include stabilizers, threads, and hooping methods. When experiencing a problem with a design, we recommend that you first take steps to troubleshoot any potential user error. Visit our Embroidery 101 section of this website for ideas on troubleshooting.

We thoroughly test all of our embroidery designs, but we do recognize that occasionally something can go wrong. If you have sewn out a design you purchased from OESD and believe there may be a problem with the file, please contact our support department by email at support@oesd.com. Please include specifics such as the embroidery machine you are using, hoop size, stabilizer type, format used, type of fabric, etc.

Our Design Department will investigate the design(s) further and contact you back as soon as possible. It is important to fill out the questionnaire as completely as possible. The more information we have about the challenge you have encountered, the more readily we will be able to help you find a solution.
